Regulations :: entries

Entries close: Wednesday the 19th of June, 18.00 o'clock;
International crews can enter by mailing to Head of Races.
Requests can be submitted to the Head of Races until the 15th of June, 18:00 o'clock
Requests will only be added to the program if there at least 4 entries. For the sprints a minimum of 3 entries is required.
Divisions with less than 4 entries will be removed from the program. Removed divisions will be published Wednesday the 19th of June 22:00 o'clock on this website.
Entry past the deadline may be permitted, under the condition that it causes no changes in the qualification races (that is, no changes in the program).
After the draw (Thursday the 20th of June, 20:00 o'clock) there will be no possibility for new entries, unless the crew gets permission from all other crews participating in the divisions, as well as the entry causing no change in the amount of qualification races (that is, no change in the program). Crews wishing the enter after the draw should make this apparant to the Head of Jury long before the start of the first qualification race.
